What People Are Saying:
I got great benefit from your workshop, held last Saturday. Practising the three pranayama breath techniques this morning and meditating following this, I got the breakthrough that I wanted and needed. I have been stuck in receiving guidance from spirit and today it came through loud and clear, so I can’t recommend your teachings. It was a cathartic moment, and I find myself at peace and centred today, so a big thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Craig at Ashwattha Wellness Retreat. The lesson “From the mind of a monkey to the mind of a monk” was highly engaging. I soaked up all of the knowledge that was being shared and it was a very special
journey of self-discovery for me. Craig taught me to identify anxious and restless thoughts and shared tools to replace them with calm and focused ones. He was able to guide and suggest ways that I could incorporate these lessons into my day-to-day
life, which at times is very busy. One of the main tools that I have taken away with me is the gift of Pranayama breathwork. I have started practising this daily and look forward to celebrating time/space for myself. Craig’s teaching style was very relaxed, with easy-to-follow instructions. An enriching experience!!!

To whom it may concern, This email is to testify that I have undertaken the Pranayama classes with Craig Harmer over the last two years. I would like to confirm that the classes, and in particular, the breathing techniques, have assisted me in the following ways:
• Assisted me with my levels of depression
• Improved my cardio-vascular system and breathing techniques.
• Provided relaxation for my body and mind.
• Improved my concentration in times of heightened mental stressors.
• It has helped reduce my level of stress and frequency of these episodes.
• Relieved my bouts of anxiety.
The benefits of a regular practice of simple, deep breathing has overall improved my wellbeing in general. I believe that whilst I am undertaking these breathing classes and meditation, I have better health and well-being, sleep and eat better as a direct
result of these practices. Kindest Regards,
=Christian Brown
For many years many everyday aspects of life felt like a dark heavy blanket was shrouding me, emotions would explode as depression and anxiety just ran riot. Prescribed medications just dulled the senses, and I was really starting to feel and
there never seemed to be sunshine at the end of the tunnel as people would say. I was close to having enough of & flipping out at the slightest of things. I was encouraged to attend a Pranayama Breath Yoga workshop and from there, life
began to not just change but transform. I learn so much more than just controlled deep breathing, it is not just this — it’s a
practice, a commitment, a routine a gift you give to yourself; that deeper inward journey of breathing and focusing on your breath leading to a deeper level of meditation and connection to more than yourself. An attainment of calmness and
peace and stillness in once my chaotic mind. Pranayama is my new prescription and peace, and calmness is my new way of life.

The pranayama breath yoga class is a great introduction to learning to calm the mind and body to benefit from meditation (particularly if you are apprehensive about meditation). The benefits it provides for releasing and clearing are immediate;
helping to bring the mind and body into balance. It is non-invasive and involves learning 3 different, but very easily learnt, breathing techniques, that provide the benefits of being able to focus on your breathing and in doing so, enabling you to
block out any other internal or external distractions.Craig’s approach is gentle and his belief and commitment to the benefits of meditation using the pranayama breath yoga is authentic. Apart from the relaxing and calming benefits of ‘letting go through focused breathing, it is easy to practise on a regular basis, as one can spend as little or as much time meditating using
pranayama breath yoga. This makes it something that you practise regularly to achieve the full benefits.

Blissful Self-Discovery with Craig’s Meditation Session. Today, I attended a beautiful 4-hour meditation session with Craig, and it was truly transformative. I learned several new Pranayama breathing techniques and experienced an array of sacred sounds and was anointed with beautiful essential oils and affirmations at the end of the session. Thank you, Craig, for the gift of self-love, wisdom, and relaxation. Highly recommended! With Gratitude and Blessings Marie
