My experience with the journey that Craig takes you through with each individual animal, i.e., Owl, Snake and Owl in meditation, is an amazing experience. Each person resonates with each animal for specific reasons. Craig is a very experienced vision quest mediator.

Whilst doing a retreat recently at Heartland Meadows, Craig would guide us through guided meditations each morning. I have never been great at meditation, but Craig has an amazing ability that helps calm the monkey chatter in your head so that you can enjoy and be part of your journey within the meditation. The Owl, The Snake and The Eagle meditation was powerful, but what I noticed For myself, was that I felt that I “got it” and the knowing and calmness that I felt, I know that my soul was truly thankful for the time and experience I had taken to be part of this journey.
