Terms & Conditions for Retreat Ticket Purchase:
- Booking Confirmation: You are agreeing to attend an event hosted by Seclusion Foundation. Your retreat booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
- Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements for participation in the retreat, including health and fitness levels.
- Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend the retreat, unless otherwise specified.
- Payment: The balance for retreat tickets must be made two weeks prior to the retreat if by direct deposit or cash on the day of arrive as there is no eftpos facilities.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@craigharmerspiritualadvisor.com.au The following cancellation charges apply:
- Cancellations made 21 days or more before the retreat start date: Any monies will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 21 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be provided. But are FULLY TRANSFERABLE to another date.
- Transfer Policy: Retreat tickets are non-transferable to another individual without prior approval from Seclusion Foundation. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@craigharmerspiritualadvisor.com.au and are subject to approval.
- Program Changes: Seclusion Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the retreat program, itinerary, or accommodation arrangements if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
- Liability: Seclusion Foundation is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by participants during the retreat, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or loss of personal property.
- Insurance: Participants are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and personal liability.
- Force Majeure: Seclusion Foundation is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Common Law Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Common Law. As Seclusion Foundation is a private foundation.
By booking a retreat ticket with Craig Harmer, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
